Product Description

[Structure and Features]
“Liuleng” YKSL triad series of graphite block hydrochloride acid synthesis furnaces are characterized by integrating three processes of burning, absorbing and cooling in the synthesis of HCI.These furnaces are characterized by compact structure, small size, high synthesizing efficiency, high hydrochloric acid purity, high structural strength, easiness to control, high overall volumetric efficiency of synthesis, absorption, and cooling, high absorption intensity, greatly simplified production process, and ability to reach a yield rate of more than 35% in the form of industrial-grade or reagent-grade pure hydrochloric acid.
The company has offered these synthesis furnaces with a production capacity of 1~200t/d (31% to 35% HCL) to the market. Also, these synthesis furnaces in larger sizes are available on request. For further information, please contact us.
    [Technical Properties]
Outside of Furnace: Outlet HCL Temperature: <50 °C; Design Pressure: <0.1 Mpa
Inside of Furnace: Design Pressure: 0.4 Mpa (Cooling Water); Design Temperature: <100 °C
Executive Standard: HG/T2736-1995 Triad Graphite block Hydrochloride Acid Synthesis Furnaces
    Equipment Advantages
1. Ability to avoid damage to the top cover frequently encountered in the previous “three-in-one” furnaces, by applying effective liquid cooling approaches to the furnace end and thereby eliminating the possibility of the top cover contact with high-temperature gas.
2. Increased safety by applying liquid cooling to the inner and outer walls of graphite synthesis cylinders throughout the synthesis process, which improves lack of liquid cooling at part of the inner and outer walls within the high temperature section of the graphite synthesis cylinder, as in France-made furnaces.
3. Easy assembly due to the fact that it employs a long pull rod in assembly, which excludes the steel shell from the graphite blocks assembly process, and avoids the influence of the vertical deviation of the steel shell flange on sealing effect between graphite blocks.
4. Significantly raised production capacity, safety and reliability by applying its self-developed Evenly Distributed Liquid Technology, which allows for no dryness in the inner wall of the synthesis cylinder (Patent No. ZL94231685.1).
All previous “three-in-one” synthesis furnaces encounter the problem of dryness in the inner wall of synthesis cylinders. However, the company's patented technology allows for no dryness in the inner wall of the synthesis cylinder by subjecting all absorption liquid to four-stage distribution in the furnace end before flowing toward the inner wall. The YKS L-type furnaces installed in Puyang Chloralkali Plant allow for no dryness in the inner wall by absorbing liquid 20% higher than that of the design capacity (30 t/d, 31% HCL) based on an installation inclination of 1.5: 400 - a most important factor that ensures a high productivity for this type of furnace.
5. Patented Heat Transfer Strengthening, and Furnace and HCL Gas Temperature Lowering Technologies (Patent No. ZL95239754.4)
Effective reduction of the graphite synthesis cylinder temperature and safety improvement of the synthetic cylinder by strengthening heat transfer at cooling water sides, furnace cylinder walls and HCL gas sides (Note: For more information, please refer to the Chinese Chloralkali No. 1 (1996), Chloralkali Industry No. 4 and 10 (1997 and 2003)
6. A new design idea allowing for even distribution of liquid in graphite blocks when quartz lamp or even iron pieces in the top fall into the body of furnaces.
7. The patented Short Lamp Technology reduces the cost of lamp replacement (Patent No. ZL96232037.4).

Note:
1. The figure in this tower is based on the German-based SGL Group brochure in the 1990s.
2. represents the yield rate at the cross sectional area of the cylinder (t/m2.d).
3. The l20 t/d YKSL furnace installed in Baling Petrochemical reached a total HCL output of 4950 tons for the month of October in 2002, with an average HCL concentration of 32.75% and a HCL temperature of 32.5 °C, equivalent to 168.7 tons of hydrochloric acid per day in concentration of 31%. In particular, the furnace reached a total HCL output of 39.3 tons for a total of five hours from 17:00 to 21:05 pm on October 29th, equivalent to a production capacity of 188.4 tons per day (in concentration of 31%).
