The use of graphite chlorination towers causes the chloral production processes to be transformed into the tower mode from the previous step mode. It features raw materials saving (To produce each ton of chloral, it consumes 100 kg of ethanol less than before), and extended service time, increased productivity, simplified process.
    The chlorination tower comprises a top condenser, tower sections (multiple sections), a chlorine distributor, overflow tubes, tower plates, tower section condensers (multiple sections), a tower reactor condenser and a tower reactor. All the components are made of graphite materials except for the tower reactor (lower sections can be lined with steel).
    Liuleng” chlorination towers come in outside diameters of 400, 650, 700, 1,000 mm, and in height of more than 10 m. Moreover, customization is available on request.
