[Structure and Features]
“Liuleng” GX shell and tube graphite falling film absorbers feature high absorption efficiency, high absorption intensity (typically up to 0.8 to 1.2 tons per single pipe and day), high product concentration, and low outlet temperature, no need of further cooling, stable operation, and easy manipulation. These absorbers come in two types – Type I and Type II, with the former equipped with a shell cover of impregnated graphite, and the latter of steel-lined rubber. Note: The default type is Type I.

[Applications]
These absorbers are eco-friendly and mainly used for producing hydrochloric acid liquid by absorbing hydrochloric acid gas. They can also be used for absorbing other gases like SO2, NH3, P2O5, and H2S. |
